Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel was a cool oasis with touches of AZ history in the artwork. The rooms were split with a living/kitchen area and a separate bedroom. The staff was great and even had us checked in a little before the written check-in time. The location was fantastic, close to many attractions and within walking distance of the fashion square mall. The dining was good with a variety of options, although finishing breakfast early at 9.30 was a downside. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and convenient access to nearby amenities.
My stay at this Embassy Suites was a mixed bag. The rooms, although spacious and with a king-size bed, suffered from noise due to the restaurant/bar below. The location, while convenient to Scottsdale attractions, fell short of expectations for a quieter experience. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with friendly staff offering various amenities. The dining experience surpassed my expectations, providing a top-notch buffet. In terms of value for money, it was a decent choice overall.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The location is convenient, close to everything, but may not suit those looking for a more secluded experience. The service is consistently top-notch, though some areas like breakfast can get overwhelming. The rooms, while not guaranteed for specific views, are comfortable with a living/kitchen area. Dining options are varied but may not be ideal for late risers. Overall, a hotel that balances its strong points with a few drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the Embassy Suites in Scottsdale. The rooms had a funky smell and were located next to a cleaning facility, leading to early morning noises, but they were clean with fresh towels provided. The service was friendly and professional, going above and beyond, but there were some discrepancies in communication. The location was perfect for exploring Old Downtown Scottsdale on foot, but the dining options were average at best.
